Jason Tian

Jason Tian is a founding partner for Shanghai Landing Law Offices and the head of the firm’s Cross-border Family and Estate Law Commission comprising various family and estate lawyers in the firm’s branch offices at home and abroad.

In respect of our Vietnam office, Jason Tian, is in charge of the business development and work coordination for Vietnamese family and estate laws team after he has successfully launched a career of practicing cross-border family and estate laws in China.

Witnessing the fast development of the economy of Vietnam, and appreciating the similarities between China and Vietnam in terms of economy, culture and social regimes, Jason has discerned the opportunities in Vietnamese legal markets for cross-border family and estate law services, thus he has spearheaded the market by launching the website and build the legal team in Landing Vietnam offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh cities.
